Welcome to KulturÖsterbotten!

KulturÖsterbotten  is a division of the Council of Swedish Education and Culture for Ostrobothnia (Svenska Österbottens förbund för utbildning och kultur), a joint municipal organisation responsible for vocational education as well as theatrical and cultural activities in the region of Swedish-speaking Ostrobothnia. The board has 14 member municipalities.
