KulturÖsterbotten  is a division of the Council of Swedish Education and Culture for Ostrobothnia (Svenska Österbottens förbund för utbildning och kultur), a joint municipal board responsible for vocationally oriented education and theatrical and regional cultural activities in Swedish-speaking Ostrobothnia. The board has 15 member municipalities.
